Ultra Green Coffee: Green is the New Black

I love coffee. And if you’re reading this post, then I’m sure you do to.

There’s so much I love about it. The smell, the taste; and finding the perfect balance in every cup.

Being in a job where I have to deal with a lot of people, it has been a morning’s necessity for a cup of coffee to perk me up. As I say, I am not human before coffee. Which actually makes me kinda worry if what I’m doing is still healthy. There has always been a debate about whether coffee is good or bad for you. So with a need to have caffeine every morning (except on rest days), I make sure to at least, keep it at a minimum of having only one cup a day. Although it sometimes bothers me still if this will affect my health in any way.

So when I first found out about Ultra Green Coffee, I knew that this was a terrific find! Not only for me, but for all coffee lovers out there!

Well, of course my first thought was: Oh man, am I just about to drink a green cuppa joe? Fortunately though, that’s not what it actually meant.

 

So what is Ultra Green Coffee?

Green Coffee  is actually made from unroasted arabica seeds (beans). And as I’ve read more about it, I’ve learned about the benefits of Green Coffee:

-Compared to regular roasted beans, green coffee beans have a higher level of a chemical known as Chlorogenic Acid; which offer weight loss benefits. (The roasting process of coffee beans reduce amounts of Chlorogenic Acid.)

-It contains antioxidants that may help against premature aging.

-And it has shown to prevent diabetes and hypertension.

 

Also, it promises no GMO, Gluten-free, and no Table Sugar added.

And it doesn’t stop there. Aside from it being made from green coffee beans, but they decided to throw in more healthy ingredients, including: Mangosteen, Malunggay (Moringa oleifera), Currant tree, Banaba, Guyabano (Graviola), Ampalaya (Bitter Melon), and Stevia Leaves (a natural sweetener) — all the mighty good stuff!

Thus, giving it’s name — Ultra Green Coffee.

And with all those ingredients in one cup, I agree to their claim that this is indeed, the healthiest coffee.

 

But how does it taste?

The contents come in small packets good for one cup. 10 packets to be exact. I tried it on its own without adding any cream or sugar to get to try its real taste.

It almost tastes like regular coffee; but it has a bit of sweetness to it (Thanks to the Stevia leaves). Compared to regular coffee, the bitter taste is light. Not only with taste, but it’s actually also light for the tummy. The effects of the coffee isn’t too strong — just the right amount to perk you up and start your day (Although this one may differ from your opinion depending on your usual caffeine intake). But something I guess I won’t prefer on sleepless nights.

Overall it tastes really good. Although a bit sweeter than how I usually prefer my coffee, I really liked it. Plus, what’s great about it is that there’s absolutely no guilt feelings on this one! In fact, the packaging even says that it’s best to take it 30mins before meals and 1-2x a day.

Each cup comes with tons of health benefits. So I always make sure to drink every drop from my cup — yes, especially the coffee fragments that settle at the bottom of my cup. Expect a lot of those. So give it a good stir ’cause it’s good for you!
I am more than happy for this new discovery. It’s both very interesting and satisfying.
